About Me

Hello! I'm John Paul, and I am deeply passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with special needs. With 10 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I’ve had the privilege of helping children and families thrive, guiding them toward independence, skill development, and a brighter future.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley, and a Master of Arts in Teaching with an emphasis in ABA from National University. My educational background and hands-on experience have equipped me with the tools to create personalized, compassionate, and effective interventions that foster growth and learning.

My passion for helping others comes from a deeply personal place. When I was just five years old, I experienced a life-changing accident and was cared for by a team of child specialists. That experience ignited my desire to help children navigate challenges and reach their full potential. I’ve been inspired ever since to provide the same care and support I received—helping children build skills, achieve independence, and thrive.

In my work, I find fulfillment in collaborating with parents, working as a team to create the best possible outcomes for their children. I believe in the power of connection, and I approach every family with empathy and understanding. My experience as a volunteer a different organizations has also deepened my commitment to giving back to my community and supporting individuals with special needs.

I am dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for neurodivergent individuals, helping them unlock their potential and celebrate their successes along the way. Approachable, compassionate, and client-centered, I strive to be a resource for families seeking support in their quest.
